At Samonas Prime Moving, we specialize in commercial relocations that minimize downtime and protect your equipment. But a smooth office move also depends on clear coordination between your team, your IT department, and your moving crew. Here’s how to plan and how we help:

What We Handle

• Disassembly & Reassembly of Office Furniture: Cubicles, conference tables, executive desks — we’ll break them down and rebuild them at your new location.
• Packing & Moving of Office Equipment: Our trained team will disconnect, label, pad, and box desktop monitors, printers, and other equipment for safe transport. Note: Reconnection should be coordinated with your IT staff.
• After-Hours or Weekend Moves: Available by request and based on crew availability – we’ll help minimize business disruption.
• eCrate Rentals for Tech & Files: Ask about our heavy-duty, stackable eCrates with dollies, perfect for moving sensitive equipment or large quantities of documents.

What to Coordinate Internally

• IT Systems & Servers: We do not disconnect servers, networking gear, or cabling. Work with your IT provider to manage disconnection and reconnection.
• Medical or Specialized Equipment: If your office includes fragile, high-value instruments (e.g., imaging or lab equipment), please inform us. We can provide crating or recommend appropriate handling solutions.
• File Systems & Confidential Records: While we’ll move boxes or locked cabinets as needed, any required chain-of-custody handling should be discussed in advance. You may prefer to have files pre-packed by your staff.
• A successful office move starts with a clear plan. We’ll walk through your space, identify any special requirements, and work closely with your team to ensure nothing is missed.
